Northeast: Happy April, It`s Snowing
UPDATE: The 1/10th of an inch of snow received at New York City's official station in Central Park this afternoon tipped their total to 40 inches. This is the fourth year in a row that they have gotten that much snow. The snowfall table below has been updated at 2 PM.

The daffodils are up, the birds are singing... and the ground is covered with snow in the Northeast.
Above is my webcam at 6:40 this morning. I should have known better than to put away the ice melter and scraper!
