UPDATE (2 PM): Here are some initial snow totals. Some Comments below on the extreme storm in Boston can be read below. I will update these totals again later today and will continue to add Raw Video (at right) as it comes in. I added ice pictures below - you guys have been uploading some good ones of those, and 0.30" or less of ice has been reported in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

ORIGINAL ENTRY:

The second, weaker (for Pennsvyvlania and the major cities south of Boston) snow storm is moving through the Northeast this morning with precipitation of varying intensity and type. Later today I will have a list of snowfall totals. Here is an updated to a couple of images I posted to the Forums showing the latest radar and official observations. If you look at the radar, it looks like it's almost over, but more than a foot is expected to fall in the inland New England areas after the coastal low develops fully, according to Meteo Madness Man (PREMIUM | PRO)
