One of two NOAA [JessePedia] Hurricane Hunter WP-3D Orion turboprop plane embarks on an educational tour of the East Coast this week, stopping at North Kingston, RI, Cape May, NJ, Baltimore, MD, Elizabeth City, NC, and Daytona, FL.
