Nice Wave Coming Off of Africa...

I've been busy today and I was scooped by the Forums and a Comment on yesterday's blog entry, regarding this monster tropical wave that is emerging off the coast of Africa (and to think, just yesterday I was making fun of how lame the waves looked on satellite). It looks very impressive considering its distance from North America.

The NHC [JessePedia] is running their models on it, which is another good sign, though it's way too early to tell if it will reach the U.S. coast, and, looking at the Model Spread [JessePedia], a number of models are already curving it out to sea.
