N. Korea Flooding Toll - 250 or 3,000?
Although the Red Cross said earlier this week that 250 people were missing or dead following a typhoon and massive flooding in North Korea earlier this month, new information released today indicates that the number was closer to 3,000. Earlier reports indicated that 31,000 houses were destroyed and 74,000 acres of arable land were damaged.
