Mt. Wash: 10-Year Gust, Video
The observers at Mount Washington [JessePedia] have uploaded a video of them attempting to de-ice the meteorological instruments around the time of the 158 mph wind gust, which proved to be the highest wind speed recorded there in 10 years, according to their blog. They suffered through wind gusts of over 100 mph for 35 hours straight this week. You can see a screen capture of the wind gauge and graph on my Sunday blog entry.
