More Rainfall Records Fall in Hawaii
Ken Clark pointed out last night that the National Weather Service has issued a list of half a dozen locations in Hawaii that have already broken their March rainfall records. The statement is here, for a human-readable summary, see Ken's blog.
And for the record, here are amounts over 50 inches since February 19th:
MOUNT WAIALEALE: 126.69"
POAMOHO: 74.24"
WAILUA: 51.72"
GLENWOOD: 50.32"
WAIAKEA UKA: 50.14"
Unfortunately, the wet pattern will continue this week.
