More Maps, Info on Texas Flooding
As noted last night, flooding is occurring in northern Texas and southern Oklahoma. Below is a map showing NOAA's morning 24-hour precipitation estimates for the Marble Falls area, which received the most rain, courtesy AccuWeather SelectWarn, a TV weather display system:
A NOAA report from this morning indicated: "MARBLE FALLS, TX: 15.78 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE MIDNIGHT. 24 HOUR RAINFALL TOTAL OF 17.92 INCHES."
