More Flooding For TX, East?

Residents of areas flooded by last week's storms should keep an eye on the weather this week -- the remnants of Tropical Storm Paul will combine with Gulf moisture and a low pressure system to drive more heavy rain from eastern Texas and Louisiana up through the Eastern states late this week.

As of Wednesday morning, the government's AHPS System showed 28 river or creek gauges reporting in at or above flood stage.
