Katrina Emails Come Into Play
Suspicious emails between State Farm and an engineering firm (who helped them with post-Hurricane Katrina claims) have surface and been submitted in court. Attorneys for Katrina victims have long claimed that State Farm pressured the firm to alter reports on victims homes so that they could deny the victims claims.
