AccuWeather.com Photo Gallery photographer hurricanegirl got some great shots of a waterspout moving down a river south of Jacksonville, Florida yesterday. You can see all her photos and videos of the waterspout on the Gallery; I have zoomed in a couple below, note the detail where you can see both the outer and inner funnel circulation:

The NWS spotter report said:
Although you don't need a big storm to form a waterspout and it's not unusual to see little to no storm on the radar when a waterspout is reported, this one was created by a large thunderstorm complex which formed to the south and moved up I-95. The photo was taken at the location indicated by the "X" on the map above, and by the green arrow on the map below.
