Interesting SE Storm Reports So Far...
UPDATE: This website says that a train hit a tree in McComb, Mississippi and there was a possible tornado in Nashville, causing the airport to be evacuated and knocking over two tractor trailers. Some related damage will be appearing in the Raw Video player at right momentarily. And in Lacey's Spring, Alabama, a tornado hit a trailer park destroying three homes, but no one was injured. Below is a radar image as the line of storms moved through McComb, MS this afternoon.
ORIGINAL POST: As of 3 PM Eastern a line of severe thunderstorms was spawning over 30 warnings at the same time from Nashville, Tennessee through New Orleans, LA (which had a peppering of Tornado Warnings as well). A 75 mph wind gust was reported near New Iberia, Louisiana, where I once spent some time building a home for Habitat For Humanity in 1993 after Hurricane Andrew.
