Ice, Snow: 350,000 Without Power
Here's what we know about the eastern winter storm at 6 p.m.
Snow continues to fall across eastern Michigan, Ohio, southwest New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Rain (freezing in the hills and mountains) covers most of Virginia. The Carolinas have mostly turned over to all rain except for the higher elevations.
More than 350,000 are without power due to the ice storm, more than half in the upstate of South Carolina.
