HYPE: Mother Nature Is Fried
Looking through the models today, I think Mother Nature has worn herself out with the Tax Day Superstorm. The GFS is saying no more winter precip for the continental United States through 15 days, and boring temperatures too -- not too hot, not too cold. About the best I could come up with was:
- Large waves approaching the Pacific Northwest at the end of the WaveWatch model's forecast period (Hour 180 - April 24th)
- The DGEX sees flooding rains in Arkansas late in the period, adding up to over 8 inches at the end of the period (Hour 192 - April 25th)
