HYPE: More NE Snow, GFS Tropical Storm?
The GFS is still hopeful about moderate snow for the I-95 corridor next weekend:
The DGEX thinks that, rather than a frontal system moving west to east, it will be more of a Nor'easter situation, dropping heavy snow in interior PA late next week before moving over New England.
The GFS also develops a whopper of a low pressure system over the middle of the Atlantic by the end of next week. It shows up as a 988mb (29.17"Hg) cyclone. Seems like an awful big storm to be developing that far south three months before Hurricane Season.
