The Midwest and Northeast have already had quite a bit of rain... here's a look at the 7-day totals (which are mostly 2-3 day totals) as of this morning:
And parts of PA have received 3-4 inches this afternoon:
Many flood advisories, watches and warnings are already out:
And the models are saying more... the GFS says that over 8 inches could fall in Iowa, with another 3-4 inches in Pennsylvania, by this time next week, most of that falling in the next 4 days. The NMM agrees, but says less for Iowa and more for PA.
