Heavy Snow To Shift Westward, NMM
We've updated our snowfall accumuluation map to shift the 6-12 inch line further southwest. The NMM Forecast Model [JessePedia] says this is the way it will play out:
First, moderate snow over Pennsylvania and the I-95 corridor northeast of Philly, during the daytime Friday:
Then a turn to ice for the major cities as major snow falls to the northwest Friday night:
And finally an extended period of ice for New England and a possible turn to rain in coastal areas.
