Heavy Snow Snarls Traffic in WA

Heavy snow is falling in the upper elevations of Washington State Thursday afternoon. It is hard to get snow reports out of those areas so we aren't sure how much has fallen so far, but it was enough to snarl traffic as you can see from the Washington D.O.T. camera image below -- note the cars off the road to the left and right.
