Heat Waves Continues in East

The Christmas Heat Wave continues in much of the East (see yesterday's post). Again this afternoon temperatures are in the 60s in Virginia with 50s as far north as Boston. Current local area temperatures in Central Pennsylvania at 1 p.m.:

For the first time in many, many weeks, there is NO SNOW or ice on the radar this Christmas Eve.

WATCH OUT FOR ICE!

Because immense melting will be occurring today, roads will become covered with water in some places but many places could fall below freezing tonight so watch out for icy patches during your night time holiday travel.
