*From our Weather News page: "An all-time record high temperature was possibly tied in South Dakota Saturday as a National Weather Service (NWS) cooperative weather site, located 8 miles west-northwest of Usta, S.D., recorded a temperature of 120 degrees. If verified by the NWS this would tie the state record high temperature that was last set on July 5th, 1936, in Gann Valley of South Dakota."
