Gustav Rainfall: 14 Inches and Counting?

Fox News reported that 14 inches of rain had fallen at one location in Louisiana as of 11 AM, but I am unable to confirm this report. Doppler radar indicates 6 to 8 inches over parts of the state, shown in grey below courtesy AccuWeather.com RadarPlus. (Doppler estimates can run low during Tropical events).
