Greatest hits from deep low pressure, tornado outbreak

The big storm system I blogged about yesterday has reached fruition. The big story yesterday as it formed was the tornado outbreak yesterdayin the Deep South, and today's tornado outbreak in the Carolinas. There are a lot of people covering that, so I'll cover the low pressure and high wind records.
The WPC tagged the storm as 986 mb (29.12") in western Kentucky at 12Z this morning. Officially at airports that maintain pressure records, the barometer has fallen to 29.16" at Louisville, Kentucky, (and is still falling). The lowest pressure shown at CoolWx.com was 986.5 mb at Owensboro, Kentucky.
