Global Warming Swindle a Swindle?
Laura Hannon, our Global Warming Blogger, was nice enough to post her review of "The Great Global Warming Swindle"which I reviewed the other day. Unlike me, she was fair and balanced enough to put in some important links which claim that the documentary itself was inaccurate. I should have researched that and I apologize. Still, claims are claims and my opinion has not changed. The truth is, both "Swindle" and "Inconvenient Truth" probably had significant inaccuracies and the answer may lie (lay?) in-between.
I did add, after publishing that entry, a paragraph that further explains my opinion on Climate Change as it relates to environmental issues. Just because I think that the jury is out (or should be) in regards to human-induced climate change, I don't think that we should ignore humans potential effects on the environment. I'll repeat that paragraph here:
Of course, even if human-induced Global Warming, or Global Warming itself turns out to be bogus, there's still reasons to protect the environment from man-made damage, I personally believe. However, it won't be as easy of a battle to fight without a large issue such as Global Warming behind us.
