Today I begin a new Video Blog show called Friday Featured Fotos (FFF). As the name says, I'll be taking a break from the workaday world to cut this video every Friday morning, so relax, it's Friday, and join me as I take a look at some of the best photos in the AccuWeather.com Photo Gallery.

I'll also let you know what, meteorologically, is going on in the photos, and we'll talk about photography equipment and techniques.

At the end of the video each week, I'll be featuring a Weather / History photo for the Laurel Highlands Historical Society. These pictures should show a historical event or object along with the weather. This could be a historical weather event, or it could be a statue at sunset - that type of thing. Again, email me with ideas.

Laurel Highland's Historical Village is a nonprofit organization founded in 2003 for the purpose of promoting an appreciation and understanding of the rich cultural and ethnic diversity of the Laurel Highland's region.
