Former Tropical Storm Erika On Radar
I thought former Tropical Storm Erika was looking good on radar earlier this morning (see map below), but it was hard to tell if this was really a surface circulation or just coincidental thunderstorm placement. The NHC washed their hands of the storm last night saying "THE LOW [PRESSURE] IS FORECAST TO DISSIPATE IN A DAY OR SO." Still, they say, Puerto Rico could have some heavy rain.
