Fox News is showing good aerial video of fires near New Smyrna Beach, Florida at noon Eastern today. Florida is suffering from a continued drought and dry weather will continue early this week.

Evacuated: 1,000 people
Killed: 2 people in a traffic accident caused by low visibility
Scorched: 8,000 acres in this fire
Shut Down: 32 miles of Interstate 95
Since January 1st: 2,200 fires, 44,000 acres burned in Florida
Since January 1st: 2,300,000 acres burned nationwide
