It's about time -- the last time temperatures were above normal in most major cities was about two weeks ago:
Cincinnati depends on which airport you're looking at. Lufkin/Cincinnati Municipal airport reports (PREMIUM | PRO) an average daily temperature departure below in the negative since May 5th, nearly 3 weeks ago. The graph below shows highs (red), lows (blue) and normals (green) for that airport. Note that, although the high and low peeked above their respective normals two days since then, the average daily temperature remained below normal (see links above for details).
