An Alberta Clipper is providing snow to parts of the mid-Atlantic and Northeast today, while temperatures remain frigid, causing rough driving conditions. I have a long meeting this morning, so I have tipped The J-CAM up so you can see the snow.

A temperature map from the Pennsylvania area is shown below. These frigid tempeatures, in the single digits in the northern part of the state, are forcing even a dusting of snow to cause bad road conditions across the state.
