Dangerous Travel Situation in Pennsylvania

It strikes me that we have a potentially dangerous travel situation currently here in Central Pennslyvania, and points south. An unusual combination of circumstances is causing roads here to snow or ice over very quickly:

1. Temperatures are around 20 degrees, unusually cold for snow here.

2. The snow flakes are unusually large and potent

3. Recent heavy rains washed all trace of treatments off roadways, esentially resetting us to that first fall snow which always turns roads bad quickly

Be careful out there, folks, those roads are going to be bad.
