Below I have increased the speed of the video by 1000% so that you can see the swirling of the storm. It's hard to say if you see a funnel in this video but I think it's mostly just a wall cloud (which sometimes drops a funnel, sometimes not).

The severe thunderstorms yesterday in Texas didn't get much press, but they caused some impressive damage with a lot of large hail in the Dallas area (NBC5 has over 100 user-submitted pics to prove it).
