CurseMeister: TV Met Suspended
Matt Meister, a meteorologist for KRDO in Colorado Springs, was suspended last week after cursing on-air, according to The Gazette. The microphone was supposedly turned off but his voice was heard during a sitcom broadcast. Have we learned nothing from President Bush's slip of the tongue?
Still, the morning guy stood up for him:
"It’s regrettable that it happened," said Marty Venticinque, KRDO’s morning meteorologist. "Matt’s a great guy, and I’ve got a boatload of respect for him."
(Thank goodness he said "boatload".)
