Crazy Storms in Eastern PA!
UPDATE 4 PM: Blog reader Charlie sends this link on WNEP.com to a lot of hail and flood photos. I have uploaded more radar loops from RadarPlus,* one standard radar (reflectivity), and one showing radar winds (velocity), showing a strong rotational signature moving through the east-central part of the state.
UPDATE 3 PM: Baseball-sized hail was reported in Muncy, PA [Google Map]. Four Tornado Warnings and seven Thunderstorm Warnings are in effect.
ORIGINAL POST:
Large supercell thunderstorms have broken out in east-central Pennsylvania this afternoon, prompting Severe Thunderstorm and Tornado Warnings. The video blog below takes you in-depth with AccuWeather.com RadarPlus.

Here are a couple of photos hot off the presses, taken by a relative of Tom's (a developer who sits across the cubicle wall from me and) in Williamsport, PA.
I tried to stick up for The SPC [JessePedia] in the video above, but looking closer, they did not even issue a General Risk for thunderstorms for the area this morning during their 9 AM update; this was updated at 1:42 PM to put the area of the storms to be in a General and Slight Risk. You can download a radar loop of the storms here.*
