County-by-County Reports from Florida
Sometimes it's hard to find good solid hurricane news on the web, because national agencies concentrate on the big picture. Today there are a zillion articles regurgitating the government advisories and predicting damage, but few doing specific reporting on damage caused by the storm. It is in these cases that one needs to turn to local newspapers and television stations. I ran across this excellent county-by-county damage report from WKMG in Florida which is being updated almost by the minute. Some highlights:
