Comparing Ernesto to Floyd
AccuWeather.com Professional's Joe Bastardi (PRO) posted the following rant this morning on his blog. He's comparing the strength of Tropical Storm Ernesto (which hit at the beginning of this month and tracked up the coastal plain of the eastern U.S.), and Hurricane Floyd [WikiPedia] which followed a similar track in 1999, but stayed close to the coast.
This reminds me that I had commented on our position regarding Ernesto's weakness some time ago, but hadn't uploaded the Point CounterPoint video with Joe as I had promised that day. I have now and you can view the video here.
