Colorado Near 3 Feet of Snow
Here's a list of the highest snowfall totals received so far. 33.3" of snow fell at Coal Creek, Colorado. There was thundersnow at Peetz, CO, along with 5 foot drifts. 4-foot drifts were reported in near Lisco, Nebraska. Blackhawk, Colorado, at 31.4", reported its second biggest snowfall since 1994. Significant ice, downing trees and powerlines, was also received on the eastern end of the system. The map below is approxmiate, and estimates today's snow and icefall. Local amounts may be higher.
