Sunday's storm will bring rain to most of the Northeast with snow behind it in the Ohio Valley. Rain will arrive in the morning for D.C. and Baltimore, around noon for Philly, a little later in New York, and before dinnertime in Boston.

The Northwest will also see mostly rain, with snow in higher elevations.
