Central Pennsylvania Flooding March 11th
We had significant flooding here in State College last Friday, as the result of snow melt from our biggest storm this season, along with several inches of rain. The flooding was not near the levels I documented during the big flood of 2004, but it was fairly impressive, at levels near or above those achieved in December. Here's a video (watch in hi-res on YouTube) that I took of Spring Creek locally, which was out of its banks in the typical areas.
