California Storm: Tornado in Los Angeles, 113 MPH Winds

This week's powerful California storm has now brought a report of a tornado in southern L.A. this morning, and additional reports of waterspouts this afternoon. Here's the incredible video of the tornado from ABC7:

The NWS says an EF-0 tornado was confirmed this morning:
"A SMALL TORNADO EF0 CREATED DAMAGE IN SOUTH LOS ANGELES FROM THE INTERSECTION OF S. VERMONT AVE AND W. GAGE AVE TO 57TH STREET AND S. FIQUEROA ST. DAMAGE REPORTED INCLUDES, AN APARTMENT COMPLEX ROOF, TREES, TWO RESIDENTIAL ROOFS, AND DAMAGE TO A STEEL BILLBOARD. EF0 WINDS SPEEDS RANGE FROM 65 TO 85 MPH."

Believe it or not, 42 tornadoes, including five EF-2s, have been recorded in Los Angeles county.
