Parts of Texas were in the 90's today, with northeast Mexico hitting the century mark. Officially, both Del Rio and Laughlin hit 98 degrees, but Piedras Negras, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Mexico, which is right on the border [Google Map], hit 102.
