Beryl, Buoys and Boston
The overnight models seem to agree that Beryl will clip the state of Massachusetts tonight. Hurricane expert Joe Bastardi says in his blog this morning:

The buoy to watch today is probably going to be good 'ol 44004, which is ahead of the storm but already noting 29 knot winds and 12.5-foot waves. She's done with Buoy #41001 and here's the permanent record. Max gust 37 knots, min pressure 29.84". The buoy has not reported since then, for whatever that's worth.
As Joe says, the flooding threat will probably be the most impressive part of this storm, since it's not a hurricane yet and will only clip the coast. Keep an eye on the 24-Hour Doppler-Estimated Precip Map (PREMIUM | PRO) to see where the heaviest rains fall.
