Ball Lightning in the Lab, Again

Scientists have (again) created Ball Lightning in a laboratory.
Earlier this year I published a similar blog entry regarding the first creation of Ball Lightning in a lab. Here are comparisons between the two:

Creates: Luminous Plasmoid From Evaporated Water
