April Snow Amounts in the East, Photos

Many residents of the Northeast (including me) hope that this will be the last snow event of this long winter season. We only got flurries here in State College, PA, but just to our southwest in Vinco, near Johnstown, Local storm chaser Ron "R-Factor" Shawley took these pics of snow on Spring flowers this morning:

Light snow or flurries fell as far south as Georgia and as far east in the Mid-Atlantic as New Jersey; in North Carolina, Grandfather Mountain also uploaded a couple of photos to their Facebook Profile. Below is a video of the snow in Madison County, NC.
