Anti-HI-Global Warming Propaganda of the Day
I've warned you before that I don't really have an opinion on Climate Change but I am suspicious of the media's view on it, which resulted in Al Gore winning the Nobel Peace Prize last week. Overall, I echo AccuWeather's official statement on Global Warming which says that more research is needed. And even though we have our own Global Warming Blog, I feel I must insert here are a couple of links that are clearly on the opposite side of the media frenzy about HI (Human-Induced) Global Warming. Do with these what you may, and if you have an opinion, please post a reply to the Gore article on our GW Blog.
1. Respected Hurricane Researcher Dr. William Gray attacked Gore's prize in this article in the Sydney (Australia) Morning Herald yesterday, saying:
This is not, of course, the first time Dr. Gray has spoken out, but it is the latest.
2. I received an email from a respected retired meteorologist with this link:
Take the 10-Question Global Warming Test
While I think that site does an excellent job of pointing out some common myths related to Climate Change and Global Warming, and points out some excellent semantics issues, I think it suffers from a lack of documentation and references (though it has some excellent ones).
