We are predicting another warm storm for the Northeast this weekend, all rain except for the higher reaches of northern New EnglanZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...

Sorry, I just fell asleep because this January is so boring for the Northeast.

Just as AccuWeather.com Long Range Expert Joe Bastardi's blog is starting to read like a Mea Culpa Wednesday, there may be some hope. The AccuWeather.com 15-day forecast for Central Pennsylvania shows below normal temperatures for the last 3 days of the period (for the first time in weeks). Could it be that winter will make its return yet?
