Another Foot of Rain for California
Some parts of California are in for up to a foot of rain early this week.
This after the wettest March ever in many locations, according to the National Weather Service. Two stations each in San Francisco and Oakland for example, as well as San Rafael and Santa Rosa, set records for the most rainy days ever in March. Downtown San Francisco reported rain 25 out of 31 days last month (the average is 10 days). The Oakland airport also recorded the most rain ever in March.
