A `Whale` Of A Storm

User sean002 on the AccuWeather.com Forumspointed out that our snow map for this weekend's storm looks like a whale (with Lac Saint-Jean, Quebec as the eye). It's true!






The "tail" of the storm will bring 3-6 inches to mountainous areas of Colorado and New Mexico today, while parts of southeast Oklahoma and Arkansas could see as much as a foot of snow, as could much of northwest Ohio and southeast Quebec and Ontario, through the "mouth" of the Saint Lawrence River through Friday Night. A "fin" of 3-6 inches will run down the Appalachians.
