A Record Breaking Hurricane Season
Just a quick note to point out what Carl beat me to, which is that this is a record-breaking (well, record-tying anyway) hurricane season in the Atlantic. Now as I've noted before, we have less than 50 years of reliable records in the Atlantic. On our AccuWeather.com Professional site (30-day free trial!) we have government tracks going back 150 years, but before planes and satellite, you could miss a lot of storms that never bothered land, so I'm wary of those records.
