A Little Snow for Southern Appalachia
A snowy Thursday night and Friday morning is in store for the southern Appalachian mountains, thanks to an upper-level storm system passing over the region.
We're forecasting 1-3 inches will be fairly common in that area, with localized higher amounts to 6 inches. The National Weather Service has issued advisories in much of this area:
