A Foot of Rain in the Northwest
Up to a foot of rain is projected to fall in northern California and southwest Oregon tonight and tomorrow, with a wide swath of more than 2 inches of rain covering much of the Pacific Northwest.
This area has already had well over 200 percent of its normal rainfall this month (they just got a foot of rain last week).
Needless to say, various flood advisories have been issued.
Many streams and rivers are already at their historical maximum for this day of the year.
I think you'll be seeing footage of these floods on the news tomorrow.
