5 Feet of Snow in Montana Mountains!
The mountains of Montana have been buried with a Spring Blizzard this week (ironically they were just setting record highs around 80 last week). Here are the highest amounts reported:
ST MARY: 60 Inches BABB VICINITY: 48 Inches BADGER PASS: 43 Inches

Many daily, 2-day and 3-day snowfall records were broken; the NWS has a detailed list [PDF]. Great Falls set their 2nd highest daily snowfall total on record, and Bozeman broke their all-time April snowfall record. Their report also provided the map above.
